We have a pre-order option you can take advantage with us before visiting.  Pay online before visiting us then your Merchandise is guaranteed to be available for pickup at our Manhattan 376 Broadway or Queens 4211 Northern Blvd shops. We can do this for Parts too foot pegs, lighting, air filters and more!

If your merchandise is not in-stock then we will special order which takes 3-5business days to arrive into our shop. We recommend to our customers to typically request parts weeks to months before their visit in case of special order needs.

Email us at support@hdnyc.com with your request.  We will check availability and pricing and email back a quote to you.  Your request will start processing after you OK the quote and pay invoice we email to you; this also guarantees are parts are available for pickup during your visit.

 

SHIPPING AROUND THE WORLD

We do ship to all addresses but depends on the product. If it is Genuine Harley-Davidson, then we are restricted by the Motor Company to only USA addresses.

Options for Non-USA addresses for Genuine H-D items are:

- ship your order free to a family or friend in USA. Then they ship overseas to you which also saves on duty.

- have a family or friend pick up the order at our Manhattan or Queens shop while on a business or holiday trip. We can arrange with you to have your order ready for a family or friend who is here in NYC on holiday or work trip.

- shipping service in USA that specializes in parcels to overseas countries, ie we ship to the USA shipping service then they ship to you.  We can recommend a service.

All other licensed H-D and after-market products can be shipped overseas without any restrictions.  Best is to send us a list of the items you are interested in. We'll send a quote back with availability and shipping options.

What is your online return policy?  (New as of August 26, 2020)

We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $10 RETURN SHIPPING FEE, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

Packages returned back to our store as “RETURN TO SENDER” will be subject to an $8 return shipping fee, so please be sure to track and collect your package if it ends up at your local post office.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are NOT refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.  Any items returned to us with pet hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke, perfume, make-up, and any other stains/elements will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer.

How do I return an item?

1- Email support@hdnyc.com with your order number and reason for return.  We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within three business days.

2- Include the packing slip in the package with your merchandise.  ***Please make sure all items are free of pet hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke, perfume, make-up, and any other stains/ elements.

3- Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Your return package can be dropped off at any US Post Office, or given to your USPS carrier. Please obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.


When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our office and then 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size, color, or style?

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size, color or style, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?

Final Sale items cannot be returned, no exceptions will be made. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the fit, measurements, color, fabric, etc., please email support@hdnyc.com before placing your order. Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.

May I return my online order to a Harley-Davidson store?

Currently our brick-and-mortar apparel department is closed due to covid-19, so we are unable to accept returns in-store.  All returns must be shipped back to our Queens dealership.

Processing Times and Item Availability

Please note we are currently shipping once a week on Fridays due to limited staffing and hours in place because of covid-19.  We are doing our best to get orders shipped as fast as possible.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.

Free domestic shipping does NOT include express shipping.

We do not currently offer rush or express shipping.

Shipping

We ship ALL packages with tracking and signature confirmation to ensure packages are delivered. Please have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address (or your workplace if you are not home during the day), as Harley-Davidson of NYC is not responsible for missing/stolen packages that have been tracked as "delivered".  If you miss the first attempted delivery, the best and quickest way to get your package is to bring your tracking number and/or Attempted Delivery Notice to your local post office to pick up your package.
