What is your return policy?
For online orders, we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund minus original shipping costs. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S. You have 30 days from the ship date to return your item. All helmets, footwear, sale items, jewelry, and eyewear are FINAL SALE. Please note all international orders are FINAL SALE. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Any returns received after 30 days from the original ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically re-shipped to the customer upon receipt at our office.
How do I return an item?
1- Email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within two business days.
2- Complete the return section on the packing slip and include it with your merchandise.
3- Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Your return package can be dropped off at any US Post Office, or given to your USPS carrier. Please obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our office and then 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size, color, or style?
Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size, color or style, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?
Final Sale items cannot be returned, no exceptions will be made. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the fit, measurements, color, fabric, etc., please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.
May I return my online order to a Harley-Davidson store?
Merchandise purchased from HDNYC.COM may only be returned to the Harley-Davidson of NYC Queens Dealership located at 42-11 Northern Blvd. Online returns can only be done in-store Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm.
Processing Times and Item Availability
Please note we do not ship or process orders on Saturdays & Sundays. Orders placed after 4pm Friday evening will be processed Monday morning.
Some items may take up to 3 to 5 business days to be shipped from our warehouse, on top of regular shipping times.
Harley-Davidson of NYC will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
